Skulls measure 2"h x 1.5"w x .75" thk.
These molds are great for children classes since no cooking involved. The merengue poweder is a MUST as this is the key ingredient to harden the skull.


GRANULATED SUGAR + MERENGUE POWDER + WATER = SKULL

POWDERED SUGAR + MERENGUE POWDER + WATER + FOOD COLORING = ICING

P.S. For childrens classes we recommend the MEDIUM size molds as the minis, because of their size, are harder for children to decorate.

HOW MUCH MERENGUE DO I NEED?
~FOR ICING~
2 lbs of Icing= 2 lbs of powdered sugar + 1/2 cup of merengue power + 2/3 cups of water.
~FOR SKULLS~
50 mini skulls=5 pounds of granulated sugar + 2 tablespoons of Merengue Powder.
100 mini skulls= 10 lbs of granulated sugar + 7 tablespoons of merengue powder.
